At Pivot Charter School, fostering strong connections within our school community is a top priority. That’s why we’re proud to introduce the Panther Link Crew, our student mentorship program led by our dedicated ESE Coordinator, Ms. Wilson. This initiative is designed to create meaningful relationships between high school and middle school students, promoting growth, leadership, and a stronger sense of community.

The Panther Link Crew Program pairs high school mentors with middle school mentees, creating a supportive environment where students can learn from one another. Through a variety of events and field trips, mentors guide their younger peers, offering advice, encouragement, and friendship that goes beyond the classroom.

The program isn’t just about fun activities—it’s about building connections that make a lasting impact. High school students develop leadership skills, empathy, and a sense of responsibility, while middle school students gain confidence, feel supported, and have role models they can look up to.

Panther Link Crew plays a key role in strengthening our school culture. By bridging the gap between grade levels, we foster a community where every student feels seen, heard, and valued. This mentorship program helps create an environment where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

As Panther Link Crew continues to grow, we’re excited to see the positive influence it has on both mentors and mentees. With the leadership of Ms. Wilson and the enthusiasm of our students, we know this program will continue to inspire connections that last a lifetime.
